Any opened machine with recorded usage hours is considered used
Warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer
Machines outside the warranty period may be eligible for paid repair services, depending on manufacturer policies

Training & Education

For customers within India:

We provide free delivery, installation, and basic training for CPAP/BiPAP machines
Training is conducted by our qualified technicians or engineers
This service applies only to machines, not accessories such as masks, tubing, filters, or spare parts

Customers may also visit our store in New Delhi or request delivery anywhere in India.

For international customers:

Training and guidance will be provided online or through instructional videos, if required

International Orders

We may accept international orders upon request.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and import regulations in their country

We accept international prescriptions only if:

The patient and prescribing doctor are from the same country
