Warranty Issues

CPAPNOW.IN offers up to 2 years manufacturer warranty on CPAP and BiPAP machines.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cpapnow.in.

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects may be eligible for replacement or exchange, subject to inspection and manufacturer approval.

Returns Policy

​

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.

Please ensure you select the correct product, size, and model before placing your order. Detailed product descriptions and sizing guides are available on each product page, and our team is always available to assist you.

Exchanges

​

• Exchanges are accepted for incorrect purchases (subject to conditions)

• Any price difference must be paid by the customer

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• No restocking fees are charged for exchanges

Please note: Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes

• Any CPAP/BiPAP machine that has been opened is considered used, especially if usage hours are recorded

• Warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer

• Machines outside the warranty period may still be eligible for paid repair services through CPAPNOW.IN in India (subject to inspection)

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched

• Product availability may not always be updated in real time. If an item is unavailable after order placement, our team will contact you with further details.
