HumidX™ Plus is portable humidification Exclusively used with the AirMini™ AutoSet™ Travel CPAP Machine. The HumidX™ Plus is small heat and moisture exchange (HME) that are designed to provide comfortable and effective humidification to your sleep therapy.
ResMed's waterless humidification system is designed for use when you are in an area that has a much dryer climate, high altitude environments where humidity levels are low. Where just a normal amount of moisture is needed then the standard HumidX™ is recommended.
How HumidX Plus Works:
When patients exhale, heat and moisture are captured and stored within the HMEs tiny paper ridges, When they inhale, this heat and moisture is released to humidify the air they breathe in. A very portable and efficient way to get humidification while on the go.
Important: The HumidX Plus are only compatible with AirFit™ N20, AirFit™ P10 and N30 for AirMini™ Setup Packs.
The HumidX™ units are not compatible with any other masks, hoses, or machines.
